All prices listed on this website are in the Australian Dollar.

We accept PayPal and also use the verified direct card payment gateway Stripe.

We offer free shipping within Australia and a flat rate of $10 for your order to be shipped anywhere else in the world.

 

You as the customer are solely responsible for providing to us the correct shipping information. We cannot help you if your item is lost in transit or is sent to the wrong address - you will have to contact your local postal service for assistance if that is the case.

All products are shipped from our city of Melbourne within three days of you placing your order and you can expect your order to arrive on your doorstep anywhere between three days to twenty-one days after dispatch. Shipping times dependent on your location and postal business.

We are not liable for any duties you may have to process upon receiving your package. To find out about what costs might affect you in your country, please refer to your local mail system or post office for advice.

We do accept refunds and exchanges for any toys that may be defective upon arrival at your location - this is dependent on you providing evidence to us and following the conditions that the toy's packaging/seal is not broken and that there is no evidence of use prior to you returning it to us.
